A 25-year water park veteran, Christine Palma is the General Manager at OC Waterpark and Adventure Golf, located on the beautiful Ocean City, N.J. boardwalk, where she is in the process of transforming and modernizing a unique but outdated ocean facing park. Prior to joining OC Waterpark, Palma worked at the Funplex and served as the Waterpark Manager at Breakwater Beach Waterpark where, among other things, the park won the WWA’s Kelly Ogle Memorial Safety Award for significant contribution to guest and employee safety. Palma’s industry adventure began as a front-line team member at Six Flags Great Adventure in Jackson, N.J. Over the next ten years, Palma gained broad operational experience working management positions in the Security, Park Services and Hurricane Harbor opening team. Palma is an Instructor Trainer with NASCO, a N.J. Emergency Medical Technician and holds a B.S. in business management from Rowan University.
